I find it hard to believe, but the 2022 Embedded Online Conference (EOC) is almost upon us. As usual, this bodacious beauty — which will be held 15-29 April 2022 — boasts some of the biggest brains and bestest orators in the industry (and me).
My main presentation is modestly monikered Mindboggling Technologies of Today and Tomorrow. Since I get to hear about many of the latest and greatest technologies before they appear on the market, I thought I’d take anyone who is interested on a whirlwind tour of any technological wonders that have recently tickled my fancy.
Of particular interest is that a new feature of this year’s EOC is going to be a bunch of MicroTalks, which are short presentations (up to 10 minutes) followed by a Q&A discussion (up to 10 minutes). How could I resist? I’m going to give my own MicroTalk on the topic of switch bounce and debounce.
Do you have a technical topic with which you are particularly enthused and which you would like to share with your peers? Perhaps some cunning coding tips and tricks, or some tasty treats of a hardware persuasion? If so, you should submit your idea now (the official deadline is this coming Sunday 27 March, but the organizers say they will extend this if you include the magic words “I’m a friend of Max” in the part where they say “Tell us a little about yourself”).
